Credit & Income Requirements
We do require a credit and background check.
We like to see a score of 650 or higher, however lower scores will be considered on a case by case basis. Scores below 600 may require a larger deposit.
A good past rental reference will be considered if credit scores do not meet the requirements.
Income will also be considered along with the length of time at
your current job. As a general rule your gross monthly income
should be at least 4 times the rent amount.
