Pet Policy
We do allow indoor dogs and cats in most of our properties.
There is a pet deposit and/or pet rent required on all dogs
depending on the size and type. In addition a 100 cleaning fee
will be withheld from deposit when you move.
Typical deposits are 500.00 or we offer a 100.00 upfront cleaning
fee and 25.00 per
month pet rent.
Cats are charged a one time 100.00 fee per cat. This fee is used for professional pet dander cleaning.
Certain at risk dogs are not allowed inside or outside.
This includes pit bulls, Rottweilers, and several other breeds.
Some units only allow small dogs under 20 pounds.
We do not charge a deposit for service dogs for the blind or
disabled.
