The following are a list of our most frequently asked questions:
Q: Do you charge an application fee?
A: We do not charge an application fee if you provide us with a
check for the full deposit at the time of application. If you
are turned down the check will be returned to you. If you do
not provide the deposit at the time of application there is a 25.00
application fee.
Q: I filed bankruptcy in the past does
this disqualify me?
A: Maybe, it depends on how long ago you filed and what your credit
looks like since. If you filed within the last year it
would disqualify you. A good past rental reference will help
if your credit scores are below average.
Q: Do you allow indoor pets?
A: Yes in most properties. There is an additional pet
deposit and/or pet rent depending on the size and type of pet.
Q: Is smoking allowed inside?
A: No. Smoking is not allowed inside any of our properties
including the garage.
Q: Do you require renter's insurance?
A: Yes on all houses. It is recommended on duplexes but not
required at this time
