SMOKING POLICY

We do not allow smoking inside any of our properties including any garages.   This includes cigarettes, medical marijuana, and electronic cigarettes (vaping).

If you or your guests smoke it must be done outside.  Any hint of cigarette smoke in the property will result in the forfeiture of all deposits on file and possible additional restoration charges.
